Smith Center for the Performing Arts – Las Vegas
The Center for the Performing Arts is located in Symphony Park, in the heart of Las Vegas, designed by Architect David M. Schwarz.
The luxurious design was inspired by the Art Deco style of the Hoover Dam, an example of important and lasting historical influence. A large concert hall and two smaller theatres have been designed as main venues, enhanced by the great use of cut-to-size Italian marbles: Rosso Asiago, Rosso Verona, Fior di Pesco Carnico Chiaro e Scuro. The imposing music box tower provides a new focal point for the Skyline in the city centre.
