The work of architect Janusz Sobczyk in the Polish church of Otwock is an elegant example of contemporary design. The austere, sober floor of the choir and apse is evened out by the warm Ivory Brown granite, which enhances the elegant play of reliefs of the blocks of Bianco Statuarietto and Calacatta Michelangelo marble of the altar, ambo and tabernacle. The entire composition surrounds worshippers with great delicacy and tact.
